| All rentals are subject to 12.962% tax.
(13.962% starting 7/1/10.) |
| A non-refundable deposit of $450 is required within
ten days of booking to secure a reservation. This will be applied
to toal rent due. |
| The balance of payment for the first month is due 10
days prior to arrival. |
| A damage/cleaning/long distance telephone deposit of
$450 is due 10 days before arrival. This is fully refundable after
checkout. |
| Please leave the unit clean with bathroom and
kitchen clean, all floors vacuumed/swept & mopped and all linen laundered
and replaced. A cleaning fee will be applied to cover light
cleaning ($37 studios, $67 one bedrooms). If moderate cleaning or
laundry is required a separate fee will be charged. |
| Units are non-smoking please. |
| Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 12
noon. |
| Reservations accepted up to one year in advance. |
| Please inquire about rates for long term rentals
(six months or longer). |
| Additional person rates (over 2) add $150/week plus
tax to rates. (But not over unit capacity.) |
| $US cash, check (drawn on a US bank), money order,
travelers checks accepted. Also, Paypal.com for an additional 3.1%
non-refundable transaction fee (4.1% for non-US persons.) |
