Gardenia convertible 1 bedroom is spacious and airy.
The Gardenia is located in
Seaside Towers in the heart of Waikiki 1 1/2
blocks from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, DFS Galleria, the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and the heart
of Waikiki beach. (Next door to the Island Colony Hotel.)
One reserved parking.
The Gardenia requires a
stay of 1 month or longer.

Plenty of cross breezes through this building and a ceiling fan. (Note
that there is not an air conditioner in this unit.)

Full kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchenware, and

Clothes washer and dryer in the unit.

Queen bed, couch that folds out to a double bed, loveseat, dining table and chairs.

Large glass windows run the width of the unit (with
vertical blinds). As this is an end unit, there is also a smaller window
in the dining area.

towels, beach chairs and mats.

Convertible 1 bedroom has 624 sq. ft. interior (no
lanai). There is a separate bedroom area that can be closed off with a

This unit has a shower only (no bathtub).

Located on the 2nd floor (#202).
Because of the building construction, this is 15-20 feet above the ground (see
picture below).

Note that this is a convertible one bedroom. The sleeping area is shown
above. When you have company, you can close the curtain to hide the
sleeping area.

The Gardenia is the bottom set of windows on the right
side of the picture. Because of the building construction, it is
15-20 feet from the parking deck to the ledge below the windows.
This prevents people from climbing up. |
