This is the unit my mom prefers when she visits from Connecticut.
This unit is cool and modern with an extra large closet. It has a bar kitchen (full size refrigerator, 2-burner hotplate, toaster oven, counter and sink) includes microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all kitchenware, and microwave-ware.
Double bed, loveseat, dining table and chairs.
Floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens to the lanai for standing.
Four sets of bath towels and two sets of bed linen, beach towels. 
Iron and board, umbrella, detailed map book, vacuum.
